Eagle Lake, Ontario is known for its fishing and scenic beauty. Just 100 miles due north of International Falls, Minnesota, the lake is accessible and yet offers the exotic wilderness, wildlife, and fish populations of the Canadian Shield. For seventy years, legendary Andy Myers Lodge on Eagle Lake has provided the perfect Ontario fishing getaway: a place to relax, enjoy camaraderie, and catch trophy fish in numbers you have only dreamed about before.

Eagle Lake is one of the few Canadian places where you can catch large numbers and also trophy specimens of all the Northwoods gamefish. An angler from Andy Myers Lodge caught a muskie that held the Canadian record for half a century, and walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass, and lake trout are all big and abundant here. From the season opener in May until early November, our guests catch the fish of their lifetimes every week. And now, during the snowy season, our fully winterized cabins and all-season lodge have opened up a unique ice fishing experience.

Our guides are some of the most experienced in the business. Even if you are not sharing a boat with them, they offer you instructional seminars, map markup sessions, and the latest news about what the fish are doing. Everybody at the lodge wants your trip to be a memorable success. From beginners to pros, from solo anglers to big families and groups, we have what it takes to show you the outdoor experience you are hoping for with your hard-earned dollars and precious vacation time. This is why we are one of Canada’s premier fishing lodges.
