Andy Myers Lodge is well known for its rustic, meticulously maintained lodge and cottages, beautiful setting and excellent fishing. The camp is hidden away in a quaint location on a bay named after us on beautiful Eagle Lake, just outside Vermilion Bay, Ontario Canada.

THE NEW GENERATION LODGE WITH THE OLD WORLD FEEL! Besides being committed to making your stay as comfortable and relexing as possible, there is a strong emphasis on providing you with fishing information. Owner, Steve Herbeck, has developed a reputation as one of North America's top guides and fishing instructors. Your week will begin with an orientation seminar complete with marked fishing maps, demonstrations on productive patterns and techniques to help get you started catching fish. All guests and staff are introduced so everyone feels welcome and at home. This is followed up with a Wednesday night gathering to discuss any new or changing patterns and techniques that have developed during your stay. There is always good, old-fashioned fishing talk going on every evening in the lodge and if you need more help, just ask and you'll get it. Andy Myers is a stopping place for many of North America's top fishing pros (see our "Special Weeks" page) and they are always willing to share some of their secrets and tips.

ACCOMMODATIONS Each of the twelve cabins are well separated in its own secluded setting of trees and lake scenery. Each fully furnished cottage is equipped with a private bathroom including shower, gas furnace, electric refrigerator cooking facilities with preparation and eating utensils, all bed linens, blankets and towels.
	The main lodge, where the seminars are held and socializing is done in the evenings, is complete with fireplace, satellite TV and VCR, pool table, dart board, Foosball, and plenty of tables and chairs for your favorite card game or swapping fishing stories.
Enjoy a superb American Plan breakfast and evening meals in our dining room overlooking Eagle Lake. After a long day in the outdoors, your appetite seems to double and our mouth-watering entrees are all you can eat. Our housekeeping guests are also invited to relax and enjoy dining with us in casual comfort.
	The buildings are hand-built with virgin logs to give you the conveniences of home yet maintain the rustic, rugged appeal of the Canadian wilderness.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

Our 16 1/2 and 18 foot aluminum boats are deep, wide and equipped with 25 and 40 hp. motors for dependability with your safety and comfort in mind. They are fully equipped with swivel seats, minnow buckets, paddles, cushions, and landing net. The 18 feet boats are for guided parties or available as an upgrade.

If you bring your own boat, we will help you launch and provide you with a safe, secure spot on our new 180 foot sheltered dock and provide you with electricity for your battery charger. Either way, we make sure your boat is always gassed up and your bait bucket is full so you're ready to go. When you return for the day, your catch is photographed, filleted, wrapped and frozen, all complimentary.

Guides are available upon pre-arrangement and their services can really help make your trip a memorable one. Fly-ins are made to remote lakes daily from our dock and are included or available with all packages. Our staff is second to none and are there to serve you with a smile.
